Improving by learning. A big ethos for the staff team here. Recognising we cannot possibly get it all right, all of the time, learning from mistakes, taking ownership and looking to improve. We even have a policy for this, Duty of Candour which reflects a transparency in the organisation. Likewise, this behaviour models that which we promote to our clients.
