Our Interview Process

Our Interview Process involves a 2 stage process. Firstly, a candidate meets with the registered manager or deputy manager. The 2nd stage involves the candidate attending a team meeting, meeting the rest of the team and then attending one of our group therapy sessions, at the end of which, the clients are able to interview the candidate and ask them some questions. This ensures any recruitment decisions are made with both staff and client input - given that anyone working here, is working directly with clients. This is person centred process at its finest.
