Healthy Walks in Recovery
Today we will be going as a house to walk around the reservoir, healthy walks are a powerful tool in recovery. They clear the mind, reduce stress and boost mood through fresh air and gentle movement. Walking gives time for reflection, helps process emotions and connects you with nature. Each step is a reminder of progress and hope - proof that healing happens one step at a at a time, both physically and emotionally.
