New Admission at Somewhere House

Another new member of the group has been admitted today. As we have spoken about before, admitting into treatment for an addiction can sometimes be the hardest step towards a goal of recovery. We support our new clients into rehabilitation treatment using a buddying system, where the new client has someone to lean on in those early days and weeks, where do I need to be? What happens now, what happens next? At a tricky time, a friend can be a very reassuring thing to have close. What follows in treatment for a client is group and one to one therapy, plus lots of fun.
