Staff reviews

Staff reviews take place monthly - a chance for clients to monitor and evaluate how staff have performed in a month and give us some constructive feedback. Just the same as we expect the clients to work on themselves and make positive changes, the staff team do the same. This promotes equality and respect throughout all parts of Somewhere House.
