Person centred reviews

Person centred reviews of staff is something we do weekly and also monthly. Giving the clients a chance to review staff's performance is a good way for us as a staff team to learn and develop. We are here to change and grow the same as staff are. We promote equality for both clients and staff and this creates healthy values and morals.
