New week new goals

New week new goals. Part of recovery and also life, is being able to manage oneself in difficult situations. This is part of what we do here at Somewhere House, using challenging of self and others, look at our part and utilise the warning system we have here in place to aid the process of change. Clients are encouraged to speak openly and are reminded daily, why did you come into treatment?  Group and one to one therapy also supports this process.
