Maintaining the properties is something that goes under the radar often but there is a team of dedicated professionals who are always fixing and upgrading things. With 14 properties, they have work going on all the time. One project finishes and another starts! There is a big ethos here around the treatment centre and move on properties being homely, clean environments that clients take pride in living in and looking after, something that in addiction doesn't necessarily happen!
