Yes there are challenges, yes there are struggles and as a team, we don't get it right all the time. The one thing you can be sure of, is that you'll always get the truth, no matter how uncomfortable that might be, or feel. As a team when we get things wrong, we own it, we learn and we change. The same applies for the clients.
