Team working. One of the reasons why we are as successful as we are at Somewhere House is because we work as a team. Yes there are managers and leads on certain things, but we collectively make decisions for the best outcomes for our clients. Sharing responsibility means sharing ideas - multiple heads are better than one. It also ensures that not only, when decisions are made are the whole team accountable, but that we can effect change if and when we don't get something right. Team work makes the dream work!
