Care Manager Review

Care Manager Review for a client today. How lovely it is to be able to have visitors back in the treatment centre. For this care manager, the chance to have a look round the facility, meet the staff and clients and see it in real life. Clients are reviewed by care managers around the half way period of treatment, to look at where they are at and what a client thinks they would like to do with their future, for example extra funding, aftercare or a plan for recovery post treatment. Client reviews are a great way to work in collaboration with a client, the funder and the Somewhere House Team.
