Staff Personal Development is a massive part of the work we do here at Somewhere House. Better trained staff = even better Service delivery to our clients and ultimately outcomes. But just the same as we push our clients in their own journey of change and discovery, we staff do the same. The organisation firmly supports staff who want to undertake courses - we have an extensive library of books and encourage staff at daily and monthly team meetings to bring their ideas, share their experience further increasing the learning for all. It's a win win all round.
