Care Planning

The middle of the month is when we do care plans here at Somewhere House. We pride ourselves on our person centred approach, none more so than asking the clients to write their own care plans, which they review at the beginning of the month with each other to track progress or perhaps where a priority needs addressing. Some of the ways our clients come up with compiling their plans can be quite creative (!!!) and also personal to each individual.
