Keeping it a day at a time

Keeping it a day at a time, one of the golden rules of recovery and something we can all benefit from living by. Keeping it in the day allows us to be present, and aware of our surroundings and to capture the moments that each day brings. We support clients to stay present through a programme of group therapy, one to one counselling and recovery based work. Alternative therapies such as meditation and auricular acupuncture also help clients to learn to live one day at a time.
