Settling into treatment

Settling into treatment in those early weeks at Somewhere House Addiction Treatment Centre, can be challenging. Why? Because being here and all of the group and one to one therapy represents change, and change from old behaviours takes time and can be an anxious and unsettling time. But change is good and we support clients into taking healthy risks.
