Reflecting and learning

Reflecting and learning, is a big part of life at Somewhere House Addiction Treatment Centre. After every group, there will be learning for each client, we support them to write their feelings down, their learning and create an aim. By learning, we become more self aware and as people we therefore grow and can give back to others, whilst helping ourselves.
