Discharge Procedure from Somewhere House

Today one of our clients has made the decision to discharge themselves from treatment. Discharging from treatment is just as important as beginning the process and needs to be done in a managed way. Here at Somewhere House when clients complete their treatment they are encouraged to stay in touch with the team and we also work together to ensure that there is the maximum amount of support waiting for the client in the community regardless of whether they are relocating or if they are returning to their home area.
