Somewhere House Move On

Somewhere House Move On Community is now well established locally, as well as by our providers. Somewhere House move on provides clients from Somewhere House, the option to stay locally, living in one of our supported move on properties for a further 12 weeks (or longer, there is no limit). Often times, treatment is the easy bit, it's the time following treatment, putting into practiser the tools learnt, and reintegrating back into a community. 

We support our clients in move on, with a dedicated weekly move on group, continued access to in house group therapy, 121 counselling and someone on call 24 hours a day.
