18 months sober
18 months sober today and the client has come to share their experiences with the current group. Sometimes we forget how tough going through residential rehab can be, so it's great when a former client gives their time to give back to others at the start of their journey. Often times a visual of a person living their life in recovery, hearing hopes for the future can make a world of difference to someone who may be struggling and feeling daunted.
