Care Planning

Care Plans are an important part of treatment at Somewhere House Addiction Treatment Centre. Clients are empowered to identify the issues they need to work on, the goals they want to set and how to achieve this. Care plans are autonomous, person centred and reviewed twice a month during group therapy. Clients also work one to one with their addictions worker to achieve the goals of their care plans.
