Recovery is about change, changing thoughts and behaviours, if these do not change then am I really in recovery? Somewhere House Addiction Treatment Centre is about providing the platform and a safe environment for change to occur. It's all very well and good to say I'm going to do something, but this can often be meaningless unless action takes place for it to happen.
