Working as a team

Working as a team at Somewhere House Addiction Treatment Centre makes us staff who we are. As a team we are accountable and responsible for delivering his quality care through group and one to one therapy, recovery based work, life skills and empowering clients to find their way at a vulnerable point in their lives. Supporting this are daily and monthly team meetings. Our monthly team meeting took place today. A chance to reflect and look back at the previous month, how has it been, how can we change and improve? The team ethos, supporting one another consistently allows positive change for every staff member, the organisation and as a result, the clients we serve.
