Supervision

Supervision is a key part of staff welfare at Somewhere House Addiction Treatment Centre. All staff receive internal and external supervision monthly and work as a supportive staff team during daily team meetings. The ethos is simple, if your staff are well, then this transfers to outstanding client care. A safe supported space for staff to work with their supervisor, provides valuable time for example to look at current work with clients and how this might impact. One of the reasons why we have virtually no staff sickness, is down to effective and comprehensive staff supervision.
