Johari Window

Johari Window is the flavour of group this afternoon, with a difference. Clients creating an envelope which on the outside, has magazine cuttings that describe them best, and which they want others to see about them. But inside, they have cuttings depicting their hidden self. Clients are then invited to share this with the group. With such a new group, it's a great way to get to know each other better, as well as promoting an honest programme, in which clients identify and work on their behaviours.
