Appropriate Plans Post Treatment

Part of successful treatment is encouraging clients to take responsibility for life after treatment. It's well documented that whilst rehabilitation can be tough, it's well supported and this is accessible 24 hours a day. Putting into place the tools learnt in treatment, out in the community requires determination, firm boundaries and making positive choices today. This is one of the reasons why we created our Somewhere House move on programme which provides clients with the best of both worlds; independence with access to support 24 hours a day, should someone be struggling and need help. It's a programme that promotes autonomy and responsibility. This is in addition to the comprehensive programme of group therapy, one to one therapy, recovery studies and life skills.

If a client does decide that they wish to return home, then that's ok too. We work with care managers and community providers to ensure clients can create a seamless recovery pathway that allows growth for a client upon their return.
