The Drama Triangle

This morning in group therapy, the clients are exploring the drama triangle, an exercise very apt considering the group dynamics in therapy and a therapeutic community within a treatment centre. The group will look at the persecutor, the victim and the rescuer and explore from their own experiences if they relate and/or if they identify with each other. New perspectives on the horizon hopefully!
