Morning meditation

In these times of stress and isolation a ten minute morning meditation can calm the mind and de-stress the body - Here at Somewhere House we start our Monday and Friday sessions with a ten minute mindfulness meditation to quiet our internal chatter, bring us all into the here and now and open our mind to new possibilities. When we accept change with support and an open mind, we can take the first steps to recovery. Just ten minutes a day can make a difference, find somewhere quiet, sit comfortably with both feet on the floor and allow yourself a bit of self care. There are plenty of meditations to choose from on you tube so go on.......there’s a lot to gain and nothing to lose!
