Monthly Team Meeting

The last Friday of the month is when we have our monthly team meeting followed on by team supervision. In this meeting, the team discusses a general overview of operations, identifying any risks or safeguarding concerns, health & safety issues and how the team and clients are. Although we have daily team meetings here at Somewhere House, our monthly meeting is welcomed by all so we have total inclusion and the team can be just that, a team with equal participation where everyone has a voice.
