Monthly Staff Meeting

So here at Somewhere House Drug and Alcohol Treatment Centre the staff have a monthly meeting on the last Friday of each month.

During this meeting we discuss all things in regards to the running of the treatment centre and if things are working as intended or if any of the working practices need adjusting or if any improvements need to be made.

We also assess the health, safety and risk assess all the clients to ensure that they are getting the holistic care they need and that there are no concerns for their welfare.

And of course we discuss staff welfare and ensure that all staff team members practicing self development as working in a Drug and Alcohol Treatment Centre is a high pressured environment and here to support each other as well as the clients as any family would.
