Covid-19 Testing Programme

Given the world in which we currently live, at Somewhere House Addiction Treatment Centre, we take Covid-19 testing very seriously and as such, we have enrolled in the government mass testing programme. Yesterday all clients and staff were tested again, the courier comes and collects and we are sent the results a few days after. More regular testing will be taking place over the coming weeks and months and it's one of the ways we keep our clients and staff as safe as possible. 

Clients are generally good humoured about being tested and in fact around Covid-19 in general and we have done education / life skills groups around the importance of personal care and hygiene and infection control. 

A group therapy setting is one of the ways in which we support our clients through what are, challenging times.
