Covid-19 Update

Sadly it is all too prevalent in the news right now, Covid-19 otherwise known as Coronavirus is spreading across the globe. At Somewhere House Addiction Treatment Centre, we have robust business continuity and planning in place in the event of a client contracting the virus.

In addition to the already robust cleaning, personal hygiene and infection control procedures we have in place, we have increased our schedule in certain areas. This includes limiting visitors to the facility, based on their travel patterns. Additional cleaning that is taking place of all surfaces, door handles, paintwork both in the morning and evening daily. There is a designated room or rooms that can be used for client isolation if necessary. In addition to this, utilising our paperless content management system in the event that staff become unwell, they can work from home which ensures that service delivery can still be maintained.
