Move On Community

Did you know that at Somewhere House Addiction Treatment Centre, in addition to the residential facility, we have a bespoke community programme consisting of living in supported accommodation, whilst having access to continued group and 121 therapy. Obviously during Covid-19 we have had to make some operational changes, but clients living out in the community can still access all of our services online, including group therapy and One to One Counselling and are regularly supported by our staff team.

Lots of clients come here for a stay in residential treatment and then go on to spend a period of time living in our move on community before either relocating or returning home. Part of a stable recovery relies on how we manage daily life out in the community, our move on programme affords our clients this time and space to develop and grow.
