Assessing clients

Assessing clients - is part of what we do in the referral process. A chance for clients to learn more about our service and also for us to get to know the clients. The assessment process is detailed but also informal at the same time. Once a client has been assessed we can make a decision with the client about their next steps. The opportunity to visit here is also offered to all clients.
