Importance of not holding on to Resentments
Resentments is like carrying a heavy backpack - you might get used to the weight, but it still slows you down. In recovery, holding onto anger or grudges can block growth, peace and healing. Working through resentments allows you to let go of pain, rebuild trust and create emotional freedom. True recovery begins where resentments end.
