Interviews at Somewhere House

Over the past couple of days we have been interviewing for new staff at Somewhere House to join our growing team and help support the extra clients we are seeing coming into treatment.

We like to think our recruitment process is unique for a number of reasons (trade secret sorry we cannot divulge more!) but it is a 2 stage process. We also include the clients in the recruitment process, as ultimately whoever is employed will be working in the clients home. This is another example of person centred treatment and the inclusive environment that exists here at Somewhere House. Staff and clients working together as a team with trust, honesty and respect. This is a great life skill for the clients to learn and feeling valued and heard is often one of the most important factors to a clients development and growth in recovery.
