CQC Training for the staff this morning, a chance to get together and reflect on all the things we do and record, to keep our clients safe and working towards a stable recovery. Lovely to hear positivity from the staff and also recognition that we do go over and above, have clear operating procedures and the team are encouraged to be autonomous.
