Transitional Work

Some peers have gone into transition this week, this is an important part our treatment plan as it gives peers a chance to get used to living out of the "bubble" before going back home and living their best life. As a person centred treatment centre we work on the basis of personal autonomy and responsibility, going into transition gives peers the chance of independence.
