Reviewing our progress

Reviewing our progress as a team, takes many forms. One of those is getting clients to do a review of staff each month. Looking at the things we do well and the things we can perhaps improve on. Like clients work on themselves, the staff team do the same. Equality and respect amongst each other are one of the key parts to why this programme is successful.
