All Change

All Change with new peers moving on and other peers joining us. From an organisation point of view, we are also making a change - our dedicated group for aftercare/move on peers is now at 9am on a Monday - meaning the rest of the day can be utilised for volunteering or a recovery based work theme. Adapting to change can be difficult but we support not only clients but ourselves as a team, to look at ways to make life simpler and therefore easier and happier.
