Monthly Team Meeting
Monthly Team Meeting today, the whole team meet to review the month, discuss new and existing ideas. What have we done well and how can we improve in areas we haven't got things quite right. Reflecting as a team is important, likewise we ask the clients to do the same, following their group therapy sessions.
