Mental health Walk

Mental Wellbeing Walks taking place today. 6 clients going out in the fresh air and beautiful surroundings here in Somerset. Promoting positive wellbeing is big on what we do here. Finding a balance between the therapeutic aspect of group therapy, one to one counselling versus self care and wellbeing is a key part of clients finding stability within themselves and lives. A healthy approach to life with regular exercise can only be a good thing!
