Care Plan Reviews

We have reviewed care plan reviews today at Somewhere House Addiction Treatment Centre. This is something that we do during group therapy twice a month and also more closely during one to one counselling.

It's an opportunity for clients to reflect and measure how they are getting on, what changes do they need to make and how are they going to achieve this.

Effective care planning is a key life skill that can evidence growth and build self esteem and confidence to  our clients.
