Aftercare

AFTERCARE PACKAGE 

An after care package is available for each individual according to their needs. We offer one-to-one counselling both face to face and by telephone. Alongside this we have telephone, email and letter contact which we encourage ex-residents to take advantage of as well as those in our move on houses.

EX-CLIENTS REUNITED! 

If there is someone you would like to regain contact with from the programme please contact the office and we will endeavour to make this possible, providing that the person wants to be contacted.
